Refund Policy

The short version

You can cancel any bulkcard subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

We don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months on the monthly plans. For annual plans and the Ultimate tier, refunds are handled case-by-case — details below.

Free trial

Every new account gets 10 free scans, no credit card required. If the free trial doesn’t work for you, close the account — nothing was charged.

Monthly plans

Beginner, Standard, Pro, and Elite are billed monthly. Cancelling stops the next monthly charge. The current month’s scans remain available until the paid period ends.

Exception: if bulkcard was fundamentally broken during a billing period (extended outage, identification pipeline unusable, published listings failed en masse due to our error), email hello@bulkcard.appand we’ll credit or refund the period as appropriate.

Annual plans

Annual plans are paid upfront and priced ~10% below monthly-equivalent. Cancellation within 14 days of the first annual charge is fully refundable. After 14 days, we’ll refund the unused annual portion pro-rata minus a 10% cancellation fee that covers the payment-processing costs and the annual discount you already received.

Ultimate tier

The Ultimate tier is invoiced separately and governed by whatever contract we sign with you at engagement time. Refund terms are laid out there.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading mid-cycle prorates the new tier against the remaining days of the current period and charges the difference immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep the higher tier’s features until then.

Chargebacks

If you don’t recognise a charge, email us first at hello@bulkcard.appbefore initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks incur costs we can’t recover, so we’d rather sort it out directly.

Australian consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a bulkcard service isn’t fit for its stated purpose or contains a major failure, you’re entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of what this policy says.
